Please be aware that our $99 and FREE shipping may not apply to deliveries requiring extra effort, including but not limited to secured facilities, remote locations, and areas far from our manufacturing base. Any additional costs will be clearly communicated and require your approval before we proceed with shipping. Should you choose not to accept these costs, a full refund will be provided. We thank you for your understanding as we navigate the complexities of the  changing  shipping options.

Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. and Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories, please contact us for personalized shipping quotes.



Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect all products for damage and/or missing parts due to shipping. After signing delivery receipt, it becomes challenging to file any claims with freight companies to receive credit and/or replacements.

Before assembling the product, please thoroughly inspect the contents of the package for any manufacturing damage or missing items. TUSK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.



At TUSK, we stand behind our products with a rock-solid 30-Day Guarantee for all non-custom playground parts and accessories. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, rest assured that items are fully refundable when returned in new, unused, re-sellable condition and with original packaging.

Limited warranty on all TUSK products and are eligible for complete replacement for five (5) years*.

Warranty Details

*TUSK residential warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, and/or modifications outside its intended use. Standard wear and tear, including fading and minor scratches from regular use, are not covered under the warranty.

If purchased directly from tusk: All claims should be managed through our TUSK Customer Service Department (

To help our teams understand and expedite requests faster, please provide us with photographs illustrating concerns, along with images of the product’s usage area. Additionally, a detailed description will help our service department. Your support is highly appreciated. TUSK will review each claim separately and provide next steps.

If purchased from a supplier: For all claims, please reach out to your original purchase provider directly. Please note that due to specific supplier policies and locations, you will need to coordinate assistance with their departments.
